Disco Babies (0-6 Months)
The Disco Babies class is for babies from 6 weeks to 6 months and is the perfect introduction to the Disco Babies program.
Disco Babies is the class for our youngest babies and offers a gentle introduction to the Disco Babies Copenhagen program. Each class is carefully designed to help and support those important early milestones as well as provide quality bonding time with your baby.

In each class there will be fun activities that help to promote your baby’s gross motor development such as tummy time, rolling and building those very important neck muscles. There are also activities that provide opportunities for your baby to develop their tracking ability, begin to develop an awareness of their body most importantly stimulate all of their senses. All of our classes include our signature ‘Disco’ which is an opportunity for you and your baby to have a dance and will finish with a baby massage to leave you and your baby feeling calm and relaxed after class.
