Question: What are baby/toddler sensory classes and why choose them?

Answer: Sensory classes are classes that are focused on stimulating your child's senses which helps to build neural pathways in the brain. Exploring different sounds, textures, and sights during the classes will help to increase your child's awareness of themselves and the world around them. Each Disco Babies class is filled with music, singing, massage, stories and provides the perfect opportunity for you to bond with your child.

Question: What's behind the name 'Disco Babies'?

Answer: As a child I competed in competitive disco dancing and that's where my love for dancing stems from. I have been dancing with my two young daughters since they were born and I can see how much they love it and how fantastic it has been for their development.

Question: Do I need to have attended the previous age group before booking onto the Disco Baby Boppers' or Disco Baby Ravers' classes?

Answer: No, you can join at any point of the Disco Baby program.

​

Question: What if my child cries in class or needs feeding or changing?

Answer: Don't worry if your child cries, they probably won't be alone. Disco Babies classes are a relaxed and non-judgmental space for you and your child so please feel free to feed or change your baby and rejoin us whenever you are both ready.

Question: What if my child is sick?

Answer: Please keep your child at home if they are not well. Unfortunately due to fixed costs we will be unable to refund the cost of the class.

Question: Can I bring my twins?

Answer: Yes! You will still need to book a space for both of them. If you are happy to let me, I can help out as much as possible! There is a 25% Discount for twins!

Question: What do I need to bring to class?

Answer: We recommend you bring a muslin/cloth for your baby/child to lie/sit on. Everything else will be provided.

Question: Can I take photos in class?

Answer: Yes, please feel free to take photos of your child in the class. We do ask that you are mindful of photos that include other people's children, especially when publishing them online.

Question: How many adults can attend?

Answer: Due to space, there will only normally be space for one adult but please do get in touch if you have a special request.

Question: Can I bring an older sibling?

Answer: Unfortunately due to spacing we are normally unable to accommodate older siblings. 

​

Question: Can I book individual classes?

Answer: All of the Disco Babies Copenhagen classes are designed to be taken in a course of 5 more sessions. This allows the child to become familiar with the classes and also gives the parents in the class a chance to form relationships. However should there be space then Pay as You Go classes will be released on the Sunday of the previous week.
